Hannah Saed is a real estate associate whose practice focuses on zoning, land use, and real estate transactions. She advises real estate owners and developers in zoning and land use matters throughout the Chicagoland area.

Hannah's practice spans both the public and private sectors, enabling her to offer clients practical insight on development and regulatory matters. Her experience includes zoning and development approvals, as well as preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Hannah worked in land use and local government law, real estate private equity, affordable housing development, and real estate valuations. While attending Chicago Kent College of Law, she volunteered with the Coalition for Property Tax Justice.
