Jesse Yu

Jesse is a member of the firm's Structured Finance group. Jesse focuses on securitization and structured finance transactions with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligation transactions and related warehouse facilities. He has experience representing collateral managers, arrangers and issuers in broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligation transactions. 

Jesse received his law degree from the University of Washington.
