Reyna Silva-Santisteban

Reyna Silva-Santisteban specializes in project finance and corporate finance, advising local and international clients on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing transactions across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, energy, gas, agribusiness, financial services, and education.

She has extensive experience advising financial institutions, multilateral banks, development agencies, funds, and sponsors in structuring project finance transactions, syndicated loans, AB loans, corporate loans, subordinated loans, and credit facilities. Her work spans all stages of the financing process, from initial structuring and due diligence to negotiation and closing.

In the infrastructure sector, Reyna advises on the financial structuring of public and private projects, including those promoted through PROINVERSIÓN, particularly in road, airport, railway, and energy transportation initiatives. She also assists clients with the preparation, submission, and negotiation of private initiatives (both self-financed and co-financed) for infrastructure projects related to transportation, health, and entertainment.

Her experience includes leading negotiations and coordinating with public authorities, financial institutions, and project stakeholders to facilitate the successful closing and implementation of complex financing structures.
