Nick advises both international and domestic clients on complex, high-value transactions and development projects. Over the past year, he has led on a range of strategic land acquisitions, supported the delivery of energy and infrastructure developments, and introduced contract frameworks to streamline legal processes across large commercial portfolios. He has also provided ongoing guidance on leasing and development arrangements in response to the increasing demand for energy-efficient properties.
