DLA Piper advises private investors on development management agreement for logistics centre

DLA Piper has advised a set of private investors on signing a development management agreement worth PLN100 million (EUR22.5 million) with real estate developer, Panattoni, for the construction of a built-to-suit manufacturing and logistics center for Trilux.

The manufacturing and logistics centre will be built in Świdnik, near Lublin, southeastern Poland, and will include manufacturing facilities, warehouses and office space with a total area of over 23,000 sqm. Completion of construction is scheduled for June 2024 and will be carried out in accordance with "BREEAM" certification standards. The facility, equipped with modern lighting solutions and construction materials, is expected to employ 250 people.

Trilux, headquartered in Arnsberg, Germany, is a renowned lighting manufacturer with more than 100 years of experience in the industry. Trilux develops intelligent lighting systems capable of optimal use of energy.
