  • As DLA Piper Mexico's environmental co-counsel, he represented Coeur as on a recent compliance investigation with complex underlying national waters components related to a mining project
  • Represented Unilever and participated along DLA Piper Mexico in a project entailing the purchase of land and development of a brand-new industrial project in the State of Nuevo León, close to the US border
  • Member of the legal team in charge of the environmental aspects of the acquisition of the Mexico-based properties from one of the largest hotel groups worldwide
  • Served as environmental co-counsel in the M&A acquisition of the pharmaceutical business of a large international chemical company, comprising 10 facilities in Mexico
