Parker is a member of the Litigation Arbitration and Investigations Group. He practices in the area of ‎commercial and regulatory litigation, with a focus on energy and the environment. ‎

Parker represents clients and assists senior counsel on a broad range of commercial and regulatory ‎matters. His litigation experience includes matters involving environmental remediation, regulatory ‎approvals for energy projects, and complex contractual disputes. He has appeared before the Supreme ‎Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and the Alberta Utilities Commission.‎

Parker received his law degree from the University of Victoria, where he worked at the University’s Law ‎Centre clinic, providing free legal services to the community, and at the Environmental Law Centre ‎program. Before law school, Parker completed a B.Sc. in Chemistry at McGill University.‎
