Agata Starkowska advises on individual and collective labour law. She prepares documents related to the conclusion and termination of employment contracts and civil-law contracts, as well as those related to collective redundancies. She also works on the employment-related aspects of due diligence reviews.

She supports clients in ongoing employment law issues, including various forms of employment, employee documentation, and statutory employer obligations, and assists in the drafting of legal opinions.

Agata participates in anti mobbing investigations, assisting in the preparation of reports and providing support during interviews. She also drafts pleadings in employment-related disputes.

Agata has authored a number of articles on employment law in various academic publications.
