Sam Hofstra advises companies on a broad spectrum of Dutch and European financial regulatory matters. He primarily works with banks, investment firms, and financial service providers, helping them navigate complex regulatory frameworks and supervisory expectations.
His practice includes advising financial institutions on licensing procedures, governance and conduct requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and issues related to financial products and instruments.
