DLA Piper Canada welcomes associate Josh White to the Montreal office

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Josh White to the firm’s Montreal office in the Finance and Corporate groups. 

Josh is a banking and finance lawyer with a focus on asset-based lending. He acts as legal counsel for both lenders and borrowers in the context of Canadian and cross-border financing transactions. Josh also practises in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Josh practised at a leading global law firm. He received his J.D. from the University of Montréal and has a Bachelor of Science from McGill University.
