Katie Davies

Katie is an experienced UK employment lawyer who has spent over 20 years working as a Knowledge professional supporting the international Employment Group. Katie frequently manages complex multi-national Knowledge projects spanning a large number of global jurisdictions. Katie is also regularly involved in the creation of internal know-how on core employment law issues.

Katie has extensive experience of using legal tech to drive efficiencies, including document automation and artificial intelligence. Katie also leads on the development of key client products and services including core client communications and the Employment Group's flagship website, GENIE.

Katie has a particular interest in inclusion and social impact issues and leads the Employment Group Knowledge strategy on topics such as pay equity and transparency, family-friendly rights and harassment.
