Sam Marll

Sam Marll is a partner in the corporate practice group in the Philadelphia office of DLA Piper LLP (US). He regularly represents private-equity sponsors and private companies in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint-venture transactions, carve-outs, divestitures, strategic investments and venture-capital financings. Sam's M&A clients include both strategic and private-equity buyers and sellers, with recent deals that range from several million dollars to more than USD $1 billion in value and across various specialized market sectors. Sam also counsels clients with respect to general corporate, commercial and governance matters.
