Lyn Pruitt is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers who has first-chaired trials for a broad range of clients, including leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies, in major product liability and other cases in the past 30 years. She also represents Fortune 500 companies in consumer class actions and toxic tort matters.

She has tried over 60 trials to verdict and led many very important cases to resolution. She is particularly adept at developing and preparing trial narratives for bellwether trials for some of the leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the country.   • Served as the lead trial counsel in a products liability litigation achieving defense verdict in the third trial
  • Defended a hormone therapy drug as the lead counsel achieving seven jury trial victories
  • Represented a national statin company and statin drug as the lead trial counsel for first two cases
