DLA Piper advises team.blue on the acquisition of Billdu

DLA Piper has advised team.blue on the acquisition of Billdu, which provides app-based digital invoicing solutions for small businesses, serving over 200,000 customers across the globe. This transaction further strengthens team.blue’s Software as a Service-offering and aligns with its ambition of becoming the preferred one-stop digital provider of European small and medium-sized businesses.

Billdu is based in Slovakia and was initially created to empower small business owners to create and send invoices effortlessly via a mobile phone. Over time, Billdu has become a suite of sophisticated and easy-to-use tools that allow customers to do business online efficiently.

team.blue is made up of more than 40 brands which serve more than 2.5 million customers. The company is a one-stop partner for web hosting, domains, e-commerce, online compliance, lead generation and application solutions with the aim to shape technology and provide customers with innovative online products and services.
