DLA Piper guides Bain Capital in expansion into aviation sector

DLA Piper counseled private equity firm Bain Capital (Bain) in the acquisition of APP Jet Center (APP), a US provider of services for private and business aviation, including hanger space, fueling, pilot amenities, and concierge support.

The acquisition of APP, a well-established FBO operator with a portfolio of five locations across the US, positions Bain to expand services across supply-constrained markets.
