Agustín Buzeta

Agustín Buzeta concentrates his practice in the area of tax law, advising national and foreign clients in the structuring of businesses and companies, in international taxation and in the defense of the taxpayer before the tax authority. In addition, Agustín has participated in the design, implementation and coordination of internationalization processes of startups and digital companies from Chile to abroad.

He has experience advising a wide range of clients, ranging from multinationals and family offices to local companies and individuals, seeking effective and specific solutions to the particular needs of each client.

His experience also includes advising clients on M&A transactions and tax due diligence processes (seller, buyer and underwriting).
