Ben is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on private equity transactions, regularly advising private equity houses and management teams on new investments, bolt-on acquisitions and exits. Ben also has a strong focus on general mergers, acquisitions and disposals acting for large corporates on a national and international basis.
