Clee Malfitano

Clee focuses her practice on business and commercial law.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Clee served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stewart D. Aaron, Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before clerking, Clee worked at a prominent Delaware law firm where her practice primarily focused on corporate and complex commercial litigation in Delaware's Court of Chancery and Superior Court.

Clee graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, Clee interned for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Honorable Glenn T. Suddaby, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
