He has a solution-oriented approach to structuring complex ownership and governance regimes for large data center campuses throughout the United States. He represents clients on the entire development life cycle in a variety of asset classes.
Jack plans, negotiates, and drafts condominium documents, reciprocal easement agreements, development agreements, master services agreements, leases, licenses, fiber easements, and related instruments and also leads due diligence for property acquisitions, joint ventures, and recaps. He counsels developers and owners on legal issues related to horizontal and vertical ownership and structures management, operation, and governance regimes, aligning clients' development goals with organizational, joint venture, financing, risk management, and tax considerations.
Jack advises on unique property entitlement, permitting, utilities, and site planning and implementation issues in northern Virginia, elsewhere in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and in other premier data center markets throughout the United States. He also counsels on approvals required from public and private entities in connection with engineering, construction, and development of onsite and offsite improvements and associated infrastructure.
