  • Assisted with the advising of the mezzanine and subordinated funders in relation to the funding of Seriti Green's 155MW first phase wind energy facility which forms part of the larger 900MW Ummbila Emoyeni renewable energy cluster.
  • Assisted with the advising of a 100% black owned investment holding company in respect of over ZAR340m preference share funding made available to it by a major bank in South Africa.
  • Assisted with the advising of a lender in relation to a ZAR250m term facility made available to an industry leading wine waste transformation company.
  • Assisted with the advising of both the Issuer and two major banks in relation to an over ZAR650m preference share funding transaction.
  • Assisted with the advising of a lender in relation to a ZAR150m term facility made available to a premium distribution company that delivers leading global footwear, apparel and accessories.
  • Assisted with the advising of a lender in relation to a BWP221m facility made available to a leading real estate investment firm based in Botswana.
