AssociateDavid Riley represents clients in a variety of industries in bankruptcy courts throughout the US. David's clients are corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, purchasers and other stakeholders in a wide range of restructuring matters, including cases under chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code, out-of-court workouts, negotiations and sales. David is regularly called on to advise on transactional and litigation matters where one or more parties is or may become financially distressed.
