DLA Piper advises StoneX in its strategic partnership with Bamboo Payment Systems

DLA Piper advised StoneX Group, Inc., a global financial services firm, in entering into a partnership with Bamboo Payment Systems, a cross-border payments company, through its subsidiary StoneX Payments.

The partnership will seek to expand cross-border payment offerings and coverage for global merchants. In addition, the deal includes a capital investment by StoneX. Together, the two companies will offer a leading solution for global merchants and financial institutions that need to collect and make payments in Latin America.
