  • Advising two South African banks, as lenders, and a facilities management company, as borrower, in respect of a ZAR650m senior term facilities agreement as part of a refinancing transaction.
  • Advising a international health and fitness club, as borrower, in relation to a ZAR200m refinance transaction.
  • Advising two South African banks, as well as an international financial institution, as Lenders, and a major health care operator, as borrower, in respect of a ZAR200m loan facility to form part of a syndicated loan package to enhance access to quality healthcare locally and internationally.
  • Advising an issuer in relation to a ZAR22m preference share funding transaction.
  • Advising a local and international bank, as lenders, and an international distributor, as borrower, in respect of a EUR40m term facility agreement.
  • Advising a South African bank, as lender, and a major fund management group of solar power, as borrower, in respect of a ZAR52m facilities agreement.
  • Advising a lender and property investment fund, as borrower, in respect of a ZAR162m facility agreement.
