Christian Köhli advises and represents national and international companies in complex court and arbitration proceedings as well as in out-of-court disputes.

His main focus is on commercial litigation related to corporate, commercial, directors’ and officers’ liability (D&O), and antitrust law before both ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals. Another key area of his practice is the defense of national and international companies in mass litigation and collective actions in Germany and across Europe.

He works with companies from a wide range of industries, particularly in the automotive, financial, life sciences, entertainment, and information technology sectors.

Thanks to his years of experience as an antitrust lawyer at a leading antitrust practice of a major international German law firm, he has special expertise in handling litigation involving all aspects of European and national antitrust law.
