DLA Piper has advised its long standing client, Prime Capital AG (‘Prime Capital’), a leading asset manager focusing on alternative investments, on behalf of Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund II S.A., SICAV RAIF, on the acquisition of the 135 MW / 4-hour battery energy storage system (BESS) ‘Project Monet’ from Zelos Energy Developments.
With the acquisition of a fully approved and construction-ready project, Prime Capital is continuing its strategy of further expanding its own energy storage portfolio in Germany, thereby supporting the integration of renewable energies and grid stability.
