About

Wilberto Sicard focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial and product liability litigation. He has handled cases at every level of the federal judiciary on a wide range of high-stakes issues, including class actions, corporate, and appellate law.

He graduated from Yale Law School, where he received the C. LaRue Munson Prize, served as Student Director of The Arthur Liman Center for Public Interest Law and Inter Alia Editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review, and participated in the Challenging Mass Incarceration Clinic. He also graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University, where he received an Honors Distinction in History and was awarded the Williams Prize and George D. Harmon Memorial Award.

Before joining DLA Piper, Wilberto clerked for the Honorable John M. Gallagher of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in his hometown, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
