March 29, 2023

ESG has evolved from a niche concern of investors and academics to one of the most talked-about business trends across the globe. In the US, legislators and regulators in commercially significant markets are considering measures to mandate climate-related disclosures, limit “greenwashing” and expand fiduciary duties.

At the same time, ESG has taken center stage in US politics – and companies caught in the crossfire risk divestment, investigation and litigation. Corporate boards and C-suite leadership in all industries – including in the industrial, chemical and manufacturing spaces – are evaluating the ways they may need to shift company operations to mitigate legal risk.

In this CLE event, we will explore the rapidly evolving ESG landscape and delve into the ongoing and expected impacts for industrial businesses in 2023.

We look forward to seeing you there.
