DLA Piper advises Cobram Estate Olives on ASX listing
DLA Piper is proud to have advised Cobram Estate Olives Limited on its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Cobram Estate was established in 1998 by founders Rob McGavin and Paul Riordan and has grown to become the market leader in the Australian olive oil industry with operations in the USA and Australia and a portfolio of premium retail brands.
The Company is Australia’s largest olive farmer and the owner of two of Australia’s leading olive oil brands, Cobram Estate® and Red Island® which had a combined market share of 48% of extra virgin olive oil supermarket sales by value in Australia in 2020.
Cobram Estate’s shares commenced trading on the ASX today – Wednesday, 11 August 2021.
The DLA Piper team was led by corporate partner Chris Mitchell and supported by partner Shane Bilardi, senior associate Chanel Mercurio, solicitor Simon Rimmelzwaan and a cross-border team of experts in the United States where Cobram has operations.
