DLA Piper advises Driven Technologies in acquisition of NY metro-based Yotta Connect

DLA Piper advised Driven Technologies, a leading provider of IT services focused on securing, modernizing and connecting applications, data and users, in the completion of an agreement to acquire Yotta Connect.

Yotta Connect is a customer first leading provider of advanced collaboration, connectivity and IT security solutions. The acquisition will expand Driven’s geographic base and add capabilities, partnerships and new service offerings.
