DLA Piper advises Ofi Invest Real Estate on the acquisition of an office building in Hamburg

DLA Piper has advised French asset manager Ofi Invest Real Estate on the acquisition of an office building in downtown Hamburg on behalf of one of its clients. The seller of the property is also a French asset manager, Amundi Real Estate.

The 'Cube 10,' built in 2006, is located at Fuhlentwiete 10 in a prime location between Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße and Große Bleichen. The building is fully leased with an average remaining lease term of five years and was acquired by Ofi Invest Real Estate through a structured bidding process.

The DLA Piper team, led by partner Fabian Mühlen and counsel Moritz Mursa (both Real Estate, Frankfurt), also included partner Dr Marie-Theres Rämer and senior associate Albina Daka (both Tax, Frankfurt).
