DLA Piper advises GAN Integrity in its Series C growth investment led by Apax Funds

DLA Piper advised GAN Integrity Holdings (“GAN”), a pioneer of no-code risk, ethics, and compliance management technology, in its Series C financing round led by funds advised by Apax Funds. Aquiline Technology Growth, which led the company’s Series B financing, also participated in the financing.

Founded in Denmark in 2004 and based in New York, GAN Integrity provides cloud-based software solutions covering internal and external risk areas including third-party due diligence, disclosures, incident, and risk management, as well as multiple risk domains within third-party risk management. At its core, the Integrity Platform, a no-code, workflow orchestration platform, enables ethics and compliance teams to effectively assess and manage risk while affecting change by driving proactive ethical and compliant behavior across the enterprise. The platform’s unified view of both internal and external risks, combined with its automation capabilities, transforms an organization’s ability to create a holistic view of its risk landscape and deploy a control environment to manage exposure and unlock sustainable growth.

“It was a pleasure to represent GAN in its growth stage financing with Apax Funds, which will enable GAN to accelerate product development, expand its sales and marketing initiatives and better serve the growing compliance demands of leading companies worldwide,” said Andrew Gilbert, the DLA Piper partner who led the deal team.

“DLA Piper has been a great strategic partner for GAN for many years and we greatly appreciate their counsel as we continue to grow the company domestically and internationally,” said Nicholas Manolis, GAN’s Chief Executive Officer.

Along with Gilbert, the DLA Piper team that advised GAN included managing director Elizabeth Sheeleigh, partners Kurtis Weaver and Rita Patel and associates Jason Parfet and Luyao Zhang.
