DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes counsel Dennis Yee

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes back Dennis Yee as counsel to the Tax group. 

Dennis specializes in tax disputes in respect of income tax and indirect taxes, and in tax planning in respect of indirect taxes. He represents clients disputing reassessments issued by the Canada Revenue Agency ("CRA"), at the CRA audit, CRA appeals and Tax Court of Canada levels. Dennis also advises clients in respect of indirect taxes, including compliance obligations and minimization strategies for goods and services tax, provincial sales tax and customs duties.

Dennis rejoins DLA Piper after working with certain prominent tax litigators at a national law firm. Prior to originally joining DLA Piper in 2004, Dennis clerked at the Tax Court of Canada.‎‎
