Further, DLA Piper was recognized as one of the most active law firms for M&A deal volume, ranking #1 globally and #2 in the US. The firm also ranked #1 globally for sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and was ranked #2 for buy-side M&A transactions in the US. DLA Piper was also recognized as a top 5 law firm for venture capital deal volume in the US.
