DLA Piper advises Draganfly on US$50 million offering
DLA Piper advised Draganfly Inc., a developer of drone solutions, software, and robotics, on its US$50 million registered direct offering of common shares.
The offering was led by Maxim Group LLC as lead placement agent, with Raymond James Ltd. and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. acting as co‑placement agents.
