DLA Piper guides Messagepoint’s strategic acquisition of Sefas, expanding AI-driven regulated communications platform

DLA Piper advised Messagepoint, a leading customer communications management (CCM) solutions provider, on the company’s acquisition of Sefas, a global CCM and enterprise communications processing software vendor.

The transaction strengthens Messagepoint’s ability to deliver an AI‑powered, end‑to‑end platform for the orchestration and delivery of regulated customer communications across print and digital channels. The deal builds on the company’s long‑standing OEM partnership.
