DLA Piper advises Benford Capital Partners on sale of Brothers International Food Holdings

DLA Piper advised private equity firm Benford Capital Partners LLC in its sale of Brothers International Food Holdings LLC (Brothers) to SK Capital Partners LP, a private investment firm focused on specialty ingredients, material sciences, and life sciences. DLA Piper also advised Brothers throughout the sale process.

Brothers supplies tropical and exotic fruit concentrates and purees from over 30 countries, helping customers manage the global fruit ingredient supply chain with integrated sourcing, distribution, and value-added development solutions.
