DLA Piper has advised team.blue, a leading European digital enabler for entrepreneurs and small businesses, on a series of strategic acquisitions completed in the first quarter of 2026. With Storyclash, an AI‑powered influencer analytics platform with strong roots in the DACH region, Kolsquare enhances its capabilities in creator discovery, real-time campaign intelligence, and predictive performance insights.
