About

Matthew Ganas has a wide range of intellectual property litigation and trial experience, including in patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and false advertising matters.

Matthew has experience representing medical device, consumer electronics, automotive, and computer hardware and software companies in high-stakes patent infringement cases involving various technologies, such as mobile device touchscreens, advanced energy surgical instruments, transcatheter replacement heart valves and guidewires, computer vision optical tracking systems, wireless network communications, encryption and network security, and automated chatbot interfaces. 

Matthew also has experience litigating competitor trade secret misappropriation and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act cases involving various software technologies, such as utility location and damage prevention solutions, digital adoption platforms, and credit card payment processing systems. 

Matthew has also represented multinational sports, media, and entertainment, fashion and retail, and consumer products clients in high-profile cases involving copyright, trademark, and design patent claims relating to athletic apparel and leisurewear, sports photography, cookware, and soft drinks.
