Bob Groselak

Bob Groselak is a trial attorney that focuses his practice on patent litigation in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The technologies Bob has litigated include software, hardware, wireless communication, semiconductors, fiber optic transceivers, digital mobile radio, GPS navigation, touchscreens, heart valves, tires, automotive air bags, power transmission belts and propeller shafts. Beyond, the patent world, Bob also litigates other intellectual property disputes and commercial claims in both state and federal courts. During law school, Bob externed for the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
