Amy Katrak focuses her practice primarily in the area of structured finance and securitizations. Amy has broad experience representing issuers, underwriters, investors and collateral managers across a broad range of domestic and cross-border structured, warehouse and asset-backed finance transactions.

In addition, Amy has experience in project finance, with a particular emphasis on structuring solar and wind deals in the renewable energy sector.
