Kristen's clients range from start-ups and closely held businesses to private equity groups, family offices, and middle-market and publicly-traded companies and their investors.
Kristen's practice focuses on strategic and financial-sponsor M&A and investment transactions across many industries and across multiple jurisdictions. Kristen regularly represents issuers and investors in acquisitions and mergers spanning numerous national jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks. Kristen has significant experience with corporate and LLC structuring and advises clients on the negotiation of operating agreements and other governance documents. Kristen also has considerable experience providing due diligence for companies in various jurisdictions as they work to comply with global anti-corruption regimes, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (the "FCPA").
