DLA Piper advises Nuix on strategic acquisition of AI decision platform Linkurious
DLA Piper advised Nuix in its acquisition of Linkurious, a graph-powered AI decision platform.
Nuix specializes in software solutions for processing, analyzing, and visualizing large volumes of unstructured data. Its products are widely used in various sectors, including e-discovery, cybersecurity, and information governance. By acquiring Linkurious, Nuix is able to provide clients with powerful and intuitive graph technology and data visualization.
