  • Advising a global retailer in relation to an array of workplace compliance matters at an operational level, including employee contractual terms, secondment arrangements and employee exits.*
  • Advising numerous corporations on the employment aspects of due diligence and share and business sale negotiations, including assisting a major telecommunications provider on a scheme of arrangement offering.*
  • Advising an international food manufacturer on the enterprise bargaining process for its Australian workforce, including advising on trade union activity and strategic industrial relations and employment issues.*
  • Advising a major bank on the restructuring of its retail banking operations, including assisting with the overall approach and strategy, preparing the required documentation in relation to the restructuring and assisting with the closure of business operations.*
  • Conducting and advising on workplace investigations involving sensitive matters and senior employees, for a variety of clients including in the banking, government and global retail industries.*
