DLA Piper advises ICV Partners in control investments in Total Access Urgent Care and Cherry Tree Dental

DLA Piper represented ICV Partners, LLC in its control investments in Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC), a provider of urgent care and emergency department services in the Midwest, and Cherry Tree Dental, a general dentistry provider that operates 28 dental offices in the state of Wisconsin.

ICV Partners is a leading investment firm focused on lower middle market companies in business services, consumer goods and services, food and beverage, and healthcare. These latest platform investments by ICV add to its portfolio of healthcare companies, which includes Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, a leading provider of outpatient radiology services; Interventional Management Services, one of the largest providers of interventional pain management services in the Atlanta metropolitan market; and Atlantis Healthcare Group Puerto Rico, Inc., a leading provider of dialysis services throughout Puerto Rico.

“We were pleased to partner with ICV Partners on these strategic investments, which will add significantly to our client’s impressive portfolio of healthcare companies and allow it to support the future growth of TAUC and Cherry Tree Dental. Our extensive healthcare private equity capabilities were a crucial factor in completing these transactions efficiently and smoothly for ICV,” said Joe Alexander, DLA Piper’s US vice chair and the partner who led the firm’s deal team.

In addition to Alexander (Miami), the DLA Piper team representing ICV Partners in its acquisition of TAUC included partners Dan Rollman, Jamie Konn (both of Atlanta), Randy Peak (Dallas), Jasmine Zacharias (Miami), Jordan Bailowitz (Baltimore) and Julia Kovacs (Washington, DC).
