DLA Piper advises on acquisition of Integra Technical Services Group

DLA Piper has advised Engle Martin & Associates, a leading independent loss adjusting and claims management provider, on its strategic acquisition of the UK-headquartered, international loss adjusting business, Integra Technical Services Group.

Integra Technical Services Group, founded in 1998, is a highly regarded organisation that manages high-value, complex claims across an array of sectors, including construction, engineering, energy, and mining. The Integra Group has over 50 claim managers across the US, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Middle East and throughout Europe and Asia delivering tailored adjusting solutions .

The acquisition, which completed on 1 October 2025, strengthens Engle Martin’s position as a global loss adjusting and claims management provider and highlights its ongoing commitment to and investment in talent and cross-border expansion. Under the terms of the acquisition, Integra will operate as a standalone business, retaining its brand, market position and reputation, leadership team, and service model.

The cross-practice, multijurisdictional team was led by Jonathan Watkins, Head of DLA Piper’s Corporate practice in the UK, with support from Corporate Associates Joanna Shepherd and William Barrett and lawyers from the firm’s Finance, Real Estate, Litigation & Regulatory, Intellectual Property & Technology (IPT), and Employment practices, spanning multiple offices across the UK, Australia, the Middle East, the US, Singapore, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

The team included partners David Smith, Richard Fens, Edmund Mokhtarian, Christina Sharma, Greg Dodulovic, Tom Kelsall, Sophie Devitt, Naoise Harnett, Rick Catanzariti, Will Seivewright, Teresa Hitchcock, Mark Burger, Satnam Sahota, Alix Kamerling, Sallie Bowtell, George Mortimer and Richard Normington.
