DLA Piper advises Resurgens Technology Partners on its investment in Breezeway

DLA Piper advised Resurgens Technology Partners, a software-focused private equity firm, in its strategic investment in vacation rental platform Breezeway.

The investment will support the continued growth of Breezeway’s product platform, expand its artificial intelligence capabilities, and broaden its global footprint as it scales its software platform that automates operational workflows for housekeeping, property care, guest communication, and vendor coordination of vacation rentals.
