Stefan Greenewald is a patent litigator with experience in various forums, including the USPTO, Section 337 investigations at the ITC, the PTAB, and district courts. He has leveraged his training in electrical engineering in representing his clients involving a range of technologies, including cellular telecommunications, wireless communications, GPU and computer network virtualization technologies, cell phone camera technology and software, OLED technologies, computer chip design, AI, medical devices, 3D printing systems, vehicle components, and mechanical systems. Stefan draws on his experience with the lifecycle of patents, including preparation, prosecution, PTAB appeals, patent family strategy, transaction due diligence, and litigation, to provide informed, practical guidance in representing clients across patent matters.
