About

Tomás Correa focuses his practice on administrative law, regulated markets, and public procurement, advising domestic and international clients on the identification, management, and mitigation of legal risks associated with highly regulated industries and investment projects of varying complexity.

He has more than 16 years of experience advising companies, investment funds, and public entities in tender processes, project structuring, regulatory analysis, and the drafting, review, and adaptation of administrative terms and conditions and contracts, as well as providing strategic support in complex administrative proceedings. His practice also includes representing and defending clients before regulatory and supervisory authorities, as well as before ordinary and specialized courts, in the context of investigations, audits, and sanctioning proceedings.

He has led regulatory analyses and the mitigation of legal contingencies for projects across sectors such as agribusiness, telecommunications, energy, mining, healthcare, environment, education, and other regulated markets, including initiatives related to innovation, technology services, critical infrastructure, and projects with significant productive impact. In this context, he actively participates in regulatory due diligence processes, assessing critical risks and proposing legal strategies aimed at ensuring the feasibility, implementation, and operation of projects.

His practice is characterized by combining in-depth knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework with a business-oriented strategic approach, delivering practical legal solutions aligned with his clients' operational and commercial objectives.
