Advising NMG S.A., a leading Polish provider of mission-critical B2B metering software for energy and industrial sector, and its shareholders, on the disposal of the majority stake of shares to Vitec Software Group, a Swedish-headquartered leading provider of vertical software.
Advising Perfect Gym Solutions S.A., an international provider of SaaS software for fitness and leisure companies, and its shareholders, including 3TS Capital, Innovation Nest and others, on the sale of the company to Sport Alliance, a portfolio company of PSG Equity.
Advising Enterprise Investors on investments in

Advising Żabka Polska, the largest convenience store chain in Poland, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Dietly, a leading e-commerce platform and SaaS solution provider in the diet catering segment, from its founders.
Advising the founders of the Arhelan chain of shops comprising over 100 retail stores in north-eastern Poland on the sale of a 49% stake in the company to Eurocash.
