Lesli has negotiated stadium lease agreements and practice facility leases on behalf of professional and collegiate teams, represented teams in connection with mixed-use real estate development ancillary to their stadiums and acquisition of stadium sites, represented lenders and team borrowers in connection with stadium and arena finance transactions as well as loans secured by team assets, and represented purchasers and sellers of professional league teams in connection with real estate matters.
In addition to her work in the media, sports and entertainment sector, Lesli advises the firm’s clients in connection with real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions and leases.
